God sent me morning time - provided me with Dawn.
He sent me night time with stars to wish upon.
God sent me a tree to hide under it's shade.
He gave me salvation that was already paid.
God gave me a pasture to lie in and pray.
He gave me free will in hopes I would obey.
God sent me this cross to wear around my neck.
He gave me peace that I'd be safe while I slept.
God gave me a second chance that I shouldn't get.
He gave me the world and Himself. I'll always be in debt.
God gave me a Father who loves me no matter what.
He gave me His very own hand when I was stuck.
And I know I never have to be alone.
I look up to Him sitting upon His throne.
In His face, the truth & love had shown.
He whispered to me in a reassuring tone,
"You are My princess."
